Kier Group plc. is seeking an Electrical Lead to provide discipline authority for all electrical design across the Kier Thames AMP8/AMP9 portfolio. The role spans across the Thames Water Region, delivering a £150M+ capital portfolio including major treatment works upgrades.

You will lead electrical design authority, mentor engineers, and coordinate with the ICA Lead and supply chain partners. Flexible hours and a dynamic leadership role are on offer.

Formación

• HV/LV electrical design authority in water/utilities.
• Strong knowledge of BS 7671 (18th ed).
• Experience with CDM 2015 obligations (Reg 9).
• Knowledge of MCC, RTU design and PLC/SCADA interfaces.
• Full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical sign-off for electrical design across active schemes and maintain HV/LV standards.
• Coordinate with electrical supply chain partners and the ICA Lead.
• Discharge CDM duties and contribute to Safer by Design.
• Mentor electrical engineers and develop competency framework.
• Support DfMA initiatives and attend governance meetings.
