You will collaborate with suppliers and the wider sales team, stay up-to-date with electrical products and industry trends, and contribute to growth in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in internal sales within electrical wholesale (essential).
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience preparing quotations and processing orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop customer accounts.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide product advice and technical information where required.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability and lead times.
• Work closely with external sales representatives and the wider sales team.
