Job summary

Rise Executive Search & Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Executive in Leeds to provide sales and technical support to customers. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical products and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, maximise sales opportunities, and manage quotations.

You will work in a small team, liaising with Field Sales Engineers, handling enquiries, and developing product knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• Sales office/administration experience required.
• Electrical industry knowledge or related qualification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry systems.
• Experience in sales / customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and handle sales and product enquiries.
• Offer alternatives and advise on product selection where possible.
• Liaise with Field Sales Engineers and other staff to achieve branch objectives and sales performance.
• Generate quotations for customers and assess profitability in a small team.
