Job summary

CJS Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join a further education college on a long-term contract. You will deliver high-quality electrical installations theory and practical training and support the development of the next generation of electrical professionals.

You will monitor learner progress, maintain records, promote an inclusive learning environment, ensure health and safety compliance, and support learners with progression into employment,

Qualifications

• Proven teaching experience in Electrical Installation or FE settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations theory and practicals.
• Clear DBS covering Child & Adult Workforce is required or willingness to undergo the check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records.
• Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Support learners in developing technical and practical abilities.
• Ensure teaching and practical activities comply with health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support learner achievement and progression.
• Assist learners with progression into employment, apprenticeships or further study.
