Job summary

Harrow College's Course Team Leader - Electrical Installation at Harrow Weald Campus leads curriculum development and delivery across Electrical Installation programmes, ensuring teaching quality and fair assessment in line with awarding bodies.

The role requires Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification, TAQA Level 3 assessor, and a Level 5 teaching qualification (or working towards). Sponsorship may be offered, with pension scheme and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (NVQ or equivalent).
• Assessor qualification (TAQA Level 3 or equivalent).
• Full Level 5 teaching qualification recognised in FE sector, or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the development and delivery of the curriculum across a range of programmes.
• Teach across Electrical Installation programmes and ensure learners' work and assessments meet standards.
