Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Course Team Leader to combine leadership with teaching, curriculum development and quality assurance across electrical installation programmes.

You will lead staff, monitor learner progress, collaborate with employers, and support recruitment. A Level 5 teaching qualification is funded by the college if needed, with excellent career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Experience teaching Electrical Installation within Further Education.
• Assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent).
• Experience in curriculum planning and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Electrical Installation programmes within a well-established further education college.
• Deliver practical and classroom-based teaching across electrical installation courses.
• Take responsibility for curriculum planning, development and quality assurance.
• Support and supervise teaching staff, promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
• Monitor learner attendance, retention, achievement and overall progress.
• Contribute to the development of plumbing, electrical and multi-skills provision.
• Build relationships with employers to ensure programmes meet industry requirements.
• Support student recruitment, enrolment and progression.
• Excellent opportunities for professional development and internal promotion.
• Fully funded Level 5 teaching qualification if required.
