Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer with a strong electrical bias for their Thetford site, a breaded/coated product centre of excellence within UK Poultry. You will perform reactive and preventive maintenance, document activities in CMMS, and help meet production targets in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

You will contribute to safety and quality standards while supporting a wider engineering team and leading in maintenance planning as required.

Qualifications

• Accredited engineering qualification and electrical NVQ preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding skills in mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend planned maintenance windows and ensure equipment is production-ready.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly, delivering on the engineering promise.
• Support the Operations team to meet production targets.
• Carry out reactive and proactive mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Document all work in the CMMS and log time against assets.
• Identify parts required and ensure correct stock handling.
• Work safely and follow site rules.
