Job summary

Engineering @ 365 Ltd in Long Eaton is seeking an experienced Electrical Fitter to join the assembly team. You will read drawings, assemble electrical products, mount hardware to frames and panels, and wire instrumentation to required standards.

The role involves working independently within the assembly department alongside a skilled team, maintaining quality and safety, and recording hours in the SAP system. Previous experience with low-voltage and three-phase systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Fitter, Assembler or Panel Wirer.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/engineering drawings.
• Experience with low-voltage equipment, mains equipment or three-phase systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical products to drawings and specifications.
• Mount hardware to frames and panels.
• Wire instrumentation and equipment to required standards.
• Perform self-inspection and quality checks on assemblies.
• Record hours in SAP and follow production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Support other departments as required.
