Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Fitter for a workshop-based role in Stroud. You will build, install and maintain bespoke electrical systems, wiring components and preparing products for the commissioning team.

The role offers a clear progression path, in-house training, and optional overtime with bonuses. Salary ranges from £14.50 to £17.00 per hour, with a £36,000–£42,000 OTE package, plus additional bonus opportunities.

• Electrical background or panel wiring experience.
• Willing to work in Stroud and commute as needed.

This role would suit someone with a background in Electrical Fitting, Panel Wiring or similar looking to join a company that will providing training to upskill ad offer multiple pathways of progression.
