Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Fitter for a workshop-based role in Stroud. You will build, install and maintain bespoke electrical equipment, with a focus on wiring, testing and fault checking to support the commissioning team.

The role offers a base rate of £14.50–£17.00 per hour, with potential bonuses, overtime, clear progression, and an early finish on Fridays. Training and development are provided to upskill across multiple pathways.

Qualifications

• Electrical Fitter/Panel Wirer background required.
• Wiring, assembling and testing of systems.
• Commutable to Stroud.

In this workshop based role you will help build, install, and maintain bespoke equipment within the electrical division, Your job will also include wiring, Assembling checking systems for any faults, final checks on completed products ready for the commissioning team.

This role would suit someone with a background in Electrical Fitting, Panel Wiring or similar looking to join a company that will providing training to upskill ad offer multiple pathways of progression.
