Permanent Futures Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing engineering team covering the South of England. This is an electrically qualified, field-based role with outstanding earning potential, a fully expensed company vehicle, fuel card, and paid door-to-door travel.

The work is varied across installation, commissioning, service and fault-finding on specialist electrical equipment. You will carry out site surveys, provide technical support ahead of installations and

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation, Maintenance, or related discipline.
17th or 18th Edition qualification.
Previous field service/installation/maintenance/commissioning experience.
Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
Regular travel to customer sites with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and service specialist electrical equipment.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults on customer equipment.
Carry out electrical testing, wiring and commissioning in live environments.
Conduct site surveys and provide technical support ahead of installations.
Complete preventative maintenance and reactive service visits.
Produce service documentation and reports after site visits.
