Fabric Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Electrical to join our Derby team. You will install, commission and service machinery at customer sites, diagnosing electrical, software and automation faults while travelling across the UK as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Field Service Engineer or similar (e.g., Service Engineer, Electrical Engineer).
• Strong electrical fault-finding experience across electrical systems and machinery.
• Experience with machine software and control systems.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure new machinery at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, software and automation faults.
• Identify root causes across electrical systems and machine software.
• Run and test equipment in production environments.
• Respond to breakdowns and provide remote support and fault diagnosis.
• Train customers on equipment operation and routine maintenance.
