Elite Hire Solutions is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Bromsgrove to join a respected Building Services contractor. You will prepare accurate tenders for high-end residential and commercial projects, collaborating with pre-construction teams to secure new work.

The role requires interpreting drawings and specifications, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders to tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Estimator in Building Services or M&E.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Commercially aware with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates and tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Complete detailed take-offs and cost analysis.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Produce pricing schedules and tender submissions.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to maximise project profitability.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout the tender process.
• Attend tender and pre-construction meetings when required.
• Support project handovers to the delivery team following successful tender awards.
