Job summary

PSR Solutions in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support a strong pipeline of prestigious residential projects. You will prepare detailed tenders, review drawings and specifications, and collaborate with pre-construction, commercial and project delivery teams.

This permanent role offers £60,000–£70,000 per year plus an excellent package, including a company car or car allowance, pension contributions and solid career progression within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Estimator in Building Services or M&E.
• Experience pricing high-rise residential developments.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines.
• Relevant Electrical or Building Services qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions for residential and high-rise developments.

• Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.

• Liaise with design, commercial, and project delivery teams.
• Monitor market trends and supplier pricing to ensure competitive submissions.
• Support successful project handovers following contract award.

Our client is seeking an Electrical Estimator to support the successful delivery of a strong pipeline of prestigious residential projects throughout the UK. The Role

As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for high-rise residential and large-scale residential developments. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams, you will play a key role in securing future projects and supporting business growth.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to manage multiple tender submissions and work to strict deadlines.
• Relevant Electrical or Building Services qualification desirable.
