DL M&E Building Services Ltd, a leading mechanical and electrical contractor, is seeking an Electrical Estimator in Bolton to handle tenders from £100k to £15m. You will work closely with the Commercial Director, suppliers, clients and project teams to deliver competitive estimates for national commercial projects.
The role requires independent working, multi-tender management and a proactive approach to value engineering and cost planning.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator with experience in design and build commercial projects to join a busy and growing business. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders on projects ranging from 100,000 to 15 million, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and our project delivery teams. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tenders simultaneously and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
Ideally, you will have:
A HNC in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering Degree, or similar qualification would be advantageous; however, candidates with strong industry experience will also be considered.
A full UK driving licence is desirable as occasional travel and overnight stays may be required.
Support will also be provided for candidates currently undertaking relevant building services qualifications.
