Job summary

Dornan is inviting applications for its Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme based in London or across the UK. You will work on live projects with experienced engineers, gaining exposure to LV and MV systems, busbar systems and lighting within a live construction environment.

The programme provides hands-on experience across electrical engineering in a live project setting, with training, development and interaction with clients and design teams.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Level 8) within past 3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on live projects in a construction setting.

• Prepare method statements and risk assessments.
• Produce look ahead programs to assist production.
• Assist projects with financial control of contracts at construction stage.

This Programme ensures that graduates gain experience in all areas of electrical engineering within a live construction setting.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of reports and studies.

• Assisting projects with financial control of contracts at construction stage.
• Liaising with clients, members of the design team and contractors on technical issues.
