You will work with experienced project teams on live sites across London and the UK, gaining end-to-end exposure and hands-on supervision, planning, reporting and quality assurance.

• Assisting with final inspections, audits and O&M documentation.

The Role:

Join Dornan's Graduate Project Manager Programme to gain hands-on experience supporting the successful delivery of large-scale engineering and construction projects alongside experienced project teams.

This Programme ensures that graduates gain exposure to all stages of project delivery within a live construction environment, from project start-up through to commissioning and handover.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the Project Manager during with estimating and construction teams.
• Assisting with planning staffing requirements and subcontractor mobilisation.
• Contributing to site safety and quality management plans.
• Supporting effective site supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely.
• Assisting with final inspections, audits and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) documentation.
