Job summary

Babcock's Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme provides a two-year rotation across Warrington, Bristol and Leicester, starting September 2027, with a minimum salary of £35,000. You will work on major UK projects and build your expertise in electrical, control and instrumentation engineering under experienced mentors.

Structured support, masterclasses, and pathways toward Chartered Engineer status are offered, with potential national relocation and a permanent role after completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master-level degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Security clearance eligibility requirements may apply.
• BPSS/SC clearance could be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements every 3–6 months to explore projects.
• Apply electrical, control and instrumentation engineering knowledge.
• Support design, production, commissioning and in-service activities.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
