Job summary

Babcock International Group invites energetic graduates to join its Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme across the UK, including Walsall, Bristol and Plymouth. Over two years, you will rotate through placements, gaining experience from concept design to in-service support and decommissioning.

You’ll build foundational skills in electrical, control and instrumentation engineering, while taking on increasing responsibilities such as leading small teams and overseeing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master-level degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Security clearance requirements (BPSS and SC) apply.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through placements every 3–6 months across the engineering lifecycle.
• Contribute to design, testing, and integration of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
