Job summary

Babcock's Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme offers hands-on rotations across the UK, including Walsall, Bristol and Plymouth. Starting September 2027, with a minimum salary of £35,000, you’ll work on diverse engineering projects from concept design to commissioning and in-service support.

Over two years you’ll rotate every 3–6 months, gain electrical, control and instrumentation experience, and receive mentoring to pursue Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in electrical, control, and instrumentation engineering.
• Willingness to undergo BPSS and Security Check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering lifecycle activities from concept design to decommissioning.
• Participate in rotations across projects to gain broad experience.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver high‑quality solutions.
