Job summary

Babcock International Group is launching an Electrical Engineering Graduate Programme based in Plymouth, with a starting minimum salary of £35,000. The two-year programme includes multiple placements across engineering lifecycle stages, and aims to develop skills toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to achieve a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Security clearance requirements include BPSS and Security Check (SC).

Responsibilities

• Rotations across placements every 3–6 months to explore projects and teams.
• Support lifecycle stages from concept to in-service and decommissioning.
• Contribute to projects like submarines, naval vessels, nuclear power plants, and rail networks.
