Job summary

Humanoid is building the world’s most capable humanoid robots and seeks an Electrical Engineer to design power and electronics for end effectors and human-worn interfaces. You will tackle power distribution, sensor electronics, and PCBA development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in the UK.

You will work with Altium, prototype rapidly, and bring up boards with the firmware team, owning BOMs and EMI considerations as products scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in power and sensor/interface electronics.
• Experience with power electronics: regulators, BMS, PoE and PDB design.
• Proficient with Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Understanding of sensor interfaces: SPI, MIPI, I2C, CAN, EtherCAT, Ethernet.
• Able to rapidly prototype and bring up PCBAs.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate power distribution boards and architectures.
• Design sensor and interface electronics for cameras, encoders, MCUs.
• Own PCBAs and wiring harnesses using Altium.
• Select and integrate regulators, BMS, PoE within constraints.
• Prototype electronics and breadboard/test boards.
• Support bring-up, debugging with firmware team.
• Own the electrical BOM and safety/EMI docs.
• Support DFM/ DFA for production scale.
