Job summary

Electrical Engineer in Weybridge, Surrey, is required to maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems on a large commercial site. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance, with training opportunities in LVAP/HVAP and progression potential.

The candidate should have an electrical qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent) and at least 3 years' experience in commercial building maintenance, with a customer-facing, professional approach. UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical Installations (City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent).
• Electrically biased with knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Motivated with interest in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Inspect and maintain single and three-phase systems and UPS equipment.
• Diagnose faults, perform testing, and complete repairs to high standards.
• Operate and monitor BMS, maintain logbooks and site records.
• Support wider engineering team to ensure smooth site operation.
