Job summary

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage division invites graduates to join the Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP). Over 24 months you will rotate through four 6-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience across electrical engineering, project management and quality teams.

The programme is IET-accredited, with access to mentorship, professional registration support, and targeted training to accelerate development within our global energy and industrial portfolios.

Qualifications

• Education: 2:1 degree in electrical/electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, robotic/mechatronic engineering or related fields.
• Skills: Passion for problem solving in engineering and technology.
• Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
• Deadline: 31st December (Applications reviewed as we receive them)

Responsibilities

• Rotations: four 6-month rotations over 24 months in the GETP.
• Gain exposure to electrical engineering teams and related business areas like project management and quality.
• Mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training as part of development.
