Graduates will collaborate with expert engineers on projects involving electrification, powertrain, and vehicle safety testing. This program includes mentorship and aims to prepare participants for permanent roles within the company, emphasizing career development and skill enhancement.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant industry work experience (beneficial).
• Interest in progressing career within Electrical, Powertrain, CAV, ADAS and data analysis (essential).
• Evidence of projects, dissertation or degree modules in relevant areas.

Responsibilities

• Undertake three diverse placements in different operational departments.
• Work alongside world-class engineers and technicians.
• Gain hands-on experience with pioneering projects in electrification, powertrain, and safety testing.

Skills

Good general IT skills especially MS Excel

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

Education

Electrical, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Degree
