Job summary

Wood Group is recruiting a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Reading office, offering a four-year structured graduate programme with rotations across key business areas and a strong focus on development. You will work on meaningful projects and be supported by mentors to help you achieve chartered status.

The program exposes you to carbon capture, hydrogen, and the future of hydrocarbons, with opportunities to contribute from day one in a globally renowned engineering and design firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 degree to MEng level in Electrical Engineering (accredited).
• Strong problem solving, analytical mindset and good communication.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to multiple parts of the business through rotations.
• Develop core and specialised engineering skills to a world-leading standard.
