Job summary

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage business invites graduates to join the Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP) in Rugby. Over 24 months you will rotate through four 6-month assignments across software, automation and control teams, building hands-on experience.

The programme provides mentorship, professional registration support, and exposure to project management and quality processes, with IET accreditation and a Buddy network to guide you.

Qualifications

• Education: 2:1 degree in software engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, robotic/ mechatronic engineering or related fields.
• Skills: Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
• Eligibility: Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.

Responsibilities

• Complete four 6-month rotations across software, automation and control teams.
• Gain exposure to project management and quality processes.
• Pursue professional registration and benefit from mentorship and a Buddy programme.
