Participants will rotate across four key areas—Engineering, Field Services, and Project Management—gaining hands‑on experience and insight into the company’s multi-disciplinary approach.

GE Power Conversion is dedicated to fostering both technical and personal development. Throughout the programme, participants will receive continuous mentorship, access to e-learning modules, and opportunities to attend specialist training and virtual lectures. Support for professional accreditation and a paid IET membership are also provided. The programme includes a buddy system to help new graduates integrate smoothly into the GE team, alongside involvement in STEM ambassador initiatives and volunteering activities.
