JLL Workplace Management in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to deliver high standards of electrical PPM and reactive maintenance within critical facilities, targeting 100% uptime.

You will own the delivery of electrical PPM and reactive tasks, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate with stakeholders and event teams while ensuring BS 7671 compliance, PAT testing and emergency lighting tests.

Qualifications

• Approved electrical apprenticeship or appropriate experience.
• Formal qualification in electrical engineering.
• Experience with Building Management Systems and monitoring platforms.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills.
• Experience leading a small team of technicians.

Responsabilités

• Operate HV/LV distribution, standby generators, UPS, lighting and control systems.
• Maintain electrical building systems including switchgear and emergency lighting.
• Complete PAT testing, emergency lighting tests and fixed wire testing on time.
• Monitor power quality and energy usage; report anomalies.
• Supervise electrical subcontractors and drive solutions with clients.
• Lead PPM and reactive tasks with positive completion rates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and Event planning teams.
• Ensure CAFM asset database accuracy and prepare detailed reports.
• Provide emergency electrical relief coverage.
