Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking a Building Services Engineer to support across multiple sites in the region. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and repair issues while liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure contractual conditions are met.

You will build strong client relationships through clear communication, monitor helpdesk jobs, and ensure QA inspections are completed. Meetings with senior management and clients, plus reporting, are part of the role.

Qualifications

• You have practical experience within building services or facilities management.
• You hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
• You have knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
• You hold a Full driving licence.
