Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking a Building Services Engineer to join across multiple locations in the region, including Northamptonshire, Cambridge, King's Lynn, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Luton.

The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with the Contracts Manager, developing client relationships, and ensuring quality assurance across sites. A recognised apprenticeship/NVQ and driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Have practical experience in building services or facilities management.
• Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
• Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
• Hold a Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and undertake repairs.
• Liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met.
• Develop strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Monitor helpdesk jobs and ensure quality assurance inspections are completed.
• Attend meetings with senior management and clients, completing reports as required.

Location & Hours

Locations: Northamptonshire, Cambridge, King's Lynn, Milton Keynes, Peterborough & Luton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
