We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team delivering hard services maintenance on the Sellafield site. You’ll play a key role in maintaining critical electrical systems within one of the UK’s most highly regulated environments, helping to ensure safety, compliance and operational reliability.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of building services systems.
• Complete inspections, testing and certification, including EICRs, in line with BS 7671 and site compliance requirements.
• Support electrical projects and system upgrades, providing technical expertise and assisting with safe implementation.
• Review risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work documentation to ensure work is completed safely.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and asset performance.

Required Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Electrical Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to work safely and effectively within strict site procedures and permit systems.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be advantageous.
