Job summary

Trevett Project Services are seeking an Electrical Engineer to cover M&E maintenance across a shopping centre in Enfield and nearby Central London sites. You will be client-facing, fault-finding and carrying out power, lighting, and LV system tasks, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Our client requires an FM professional with a Level 3 electrical qualification and 18th edition.
• Experience in facilities maintenance and client-facing roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding across M&E systems and performing small installations.
• Work on control panels, power distribution, UPS and generators.
• Maintain LV systems and carry out emergency lighting testing/maintenance.
• AHU & FCU maintenance and general FM maintenance within a shopping centre.
• Liaise with clients and the public on a day-to-day basis.

Job description

Electrical Engineer

The Role

As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for covering all M&E maintenance, both PPM and reactive across a shopping centre building in Enfield, a long with a couple of sites in Central London. You will be client-facing, dealing with clients and the public on a day-to-day basis. Typical duties include fault-finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, UPS, generators, LV systems, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more.

Your hours of work will be Mon‑Fri 08:00 – 17:00. There is a call‑out rota that is TBC, but it will most likely be 1 in 4, with standby being £100 (minimum 4 hours).
