Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking an Electrical Engineer to cover maintenance across the building in Stratford. You will perform both PPM and reactive electrical works, fault-finding, control panels, power distribution and emergency lighting testing, while being client-facing.

Working Mon-Fri on a split shift (07:00-16:00 / 10:00-19:00) with company benefits including generous leave, pension and training allowances. 18th edition and Level 3 qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Our client requires someone from an FM background who is level 3 electrically qualified as well as holding the 18th edition.

Responsibilities

• Fault-finding across building electrical systems.
• Small installations and wiring projects.
• Control panels and power distribution work.
• UPS and generator maintenance.
• Emergency lighting testing and maintenance.
• AHU & FCU maintenance and documentation of works.

Days

£45,000 - £48,000 + excellent benefits!

Based in Stratford

The Role:

As an electrical engineer, you will be solely responsible for covering all electrical maintenance, both PPM and reactive across the building. Being client facing is a must as you will be working in offices.

Typical duties include fault-finding, small installations, control panels, power distribution, UPS, generators, emergency lighting testing/maintenance, AHU & FCU maintenance and much more. You will be expected to log all works performed.

You will work Mon-Fri on a split shift pattern, with 1 week being 07:00 – 16:00 and the other week being 10:00 – 19:00.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• 25x days annual leave + bank holidays


• Birthday paid day off (if falls on weekend then get it the following week)


• 3 paid volunteer days (you are encouraged to take these!)


• Overtime is 1.5x Mon-Sun


• Allocated training allowance – meaning they will put you through qualifications and certificates, for example HVAP


• Holiday buy back up to 5x days


• 3%/5% pension
