Salary: £51,000 basic per annum

Working Pattern: Hybrid - office and home-based working

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and electrically qualified Electrical Desktop Supervisor to join our team within a property maintenance business delivering services across the domestic social housing sector.

This is a key role overseeing the technical, compliance and commercial aspects of electrical works, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current legislation, industry standards and contractual requirements.

Working as part of the wider operations team, you will provide technical oversight and support, taking responsibility for reviewing and approving electrical works, variations and supplier applications.

• Have strong organisational and communication skills.
• Be comfortable working independently while supporting a wider operational team.
