Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical Design Engineering within manufacturing, machinery or equipment environments.
• Ability to produce and review electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of Electrical Design Engineers.
• Provide technical leadership across electrical design and engineering activities.
• Allocate and prioritise design work in line with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, and documentation.
• Remain technically involved in problem solving and development of electrical systems.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, and technical requirements.
• Support development and improvement of electrical systems for existing and new products.
