Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Significant experience designing electrical systems in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with heavy equipment or electro‑mechanical products.
• Experience delivering projects across full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of electrical design and machine control systems.
• Understanding manufacturability and serviceability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering team.
• Oversee projects from concept through production release.
• Allocate resources across programmes.
• Ensure delivery on time, scope, quality and budget.
• Provide technical leadership for complex challenges.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Ensure designs meet standards and are verifiable/tested.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and standards.
• Mentor engineers and recruit talent.
