Tasks

Electrical manager to oversee Mobile Wireless projects for all main UK based MNOs on behalf of ULC. Day to day duties include design reviews, materials check and orders, and on-the-day assistance to electrical field-based teams.

Specifically:

1. Manage the successful electrical side of a site build
2. Monitor technical queries and issues raised by engineers and office support teams
3. Deal with escalations brought to your attention
4. Evaluate engineer performance on the sites specific to your project team
5. Provide assistance and experience within the project team
6. Work closely with the project team to ensure on-time completion of sites according to client SLAs
7. Maintain real-time progress and daily/weekly client reporting for all works on internal and external databases
8. Ensure accurate reports are provided to relevant stakeholders
9. Oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans
10. Sign off prepared handover packs (HOPs) and upload within SLA
11. Manage electrical teams, including absences and timekeeping
12. Ensure procedures and requirements in the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are followed
13. Work with the Commercial team to communicate any impact on site final accounts
14. Liaise effectively and respectfully with staff and operatives
15. Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Full electrical C&G qualification including inspection and testing
• Evidence of people management skills
• Site-based mobile network experience preferred but not essential
