Job Description:

The Electrical Manager will oversee Mobile Wireless projects for all main UK-based MNOs on behalf of ULC. Responsibilities include design reviews, materials check and orders, and providing assistance to electrical field teams.

Specifically, the role involves:

• Managing the electrical aspects of site builds
• Monitoring technical queries and issues raised by engineers and support staff
• Handling escalations
• Evaluating engineer performance
• Providing support within the project team
• Ensuring on-time site completion according to client SLAs
• Maintaining real-time progress reports and client reporting
• Providing accurate reports to stakeholders
• Overseeing the issuance of method statements, risk assessments, H&S packs, and quality plans
• Signing off handover packs and uploading them within SLA
• Managing electrical teams, including absence and timekeeping
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards
• Collaborating with the Commercial team regarding site accounts
• Communicating effectively with staff and operatives
• Performing any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Full electrical C&G qualification including inspection and testing

Experience in people management

Site-based mobile network experience preferred but not essential
