Job summary

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree (or equivalent) with significant experience in electrical engineering and maintenance management.
• Proven leadership of CE teams and projects.
• Knowledge of statutory electrical standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the role of Control & Electrical Duty Holder for the Middlewich sites.
• Maintain governance for electrical and control systems, ensuring risks are managed.
• Lead CE team, coach supervisors and technicians, and promote safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with planning and scheduling to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.
• Develop CE standards and align with MHRA accreditation and ALCOA++ principles.
