We’re working with a well-established and growing electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial projects across London. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager / Estimator to join their team.

This is a hands‑on role, managing projects from initial quotation through to successful completion.

The role will include :

• Preparing and pricing commercial electrical tenders and small works
• Managing contracts, budgets, and site delivery
• Client‑facing responsibilities including site surveys and technical input
• Overseeing site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and health & safety

Requirements :

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition qualification
• Proven experience within commercial electrical projects
