Strong Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an Electrical Contract Manager to lead Cat A/B fit-out projects across Central London. You will own electrical contracts from pre-construction to completion, delivering safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality.

This senior role involves client management, project delivery, and contributing to strategic growth as the company expands its M&E delivery capabilities. You will mentor junior managers and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Contract Manager or Senior Project Manager in commercial fit-out.
• Strong track record delivering Cat A and Cat B projects in London (£1m–£5m+).
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, compliance standards, and project delivery processes.
• Ability to lead multiple projects, manage budgets, and deliver programmes to deadline.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• M&E exposure advantageous as the company expands.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Electrical Contract Manager to lead and deliver commercial Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects across Central London. With project values ranging from £1m to £5m+, you will take full ownership of electrical contracts from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a senior leadership role within a growing company that is expanding its mechanical and full M&E project delivery capability. You will play a pivotal role in client management, project delivery, and supporting the strategic growth of the business.

• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, compliance standards, and project delivery processes.

• Ability to lead multiple projects, manage budgets, and deliver programmes to deadline.

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with experience in cost control and contract negotiation.

• M&E exposure advantageous, with flexibility to oversee mechanical elements as the company expands.
