Job summary

Core Group is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead electrical works on major rail and commercial fit-out projects in West London. The role requires strong management of site teams, subcontractors and coordination with multiple trades.

You will oversee testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across projects in London. A robust background in electrical installations and CSCS/CSCS-ECS qualifications is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager / Electrical Project Manager / Electrical Site Manager.
• Strong commercial fit-out experience is essential.
• Rail project experience is also essential.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and construction processes.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Relevant electrical qualifications.
• SMSTS and relevant CSCS/ECS qualifications.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: £70,000 £80,000 + package

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager to join a leading contractor working on major projects across West London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management, with proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects as well as rail projects.
