Job summary

Core Group in West London is seeking an Electrical Construction Manager to lead electrical packages on major rail and commercial fit-out projects. You will oversee planning, installation, testing, commissioning and handover, coordinating with site teams to deliver safely and on programme.

The role requires strong rail and commercial fit-out experience, managing electrical packages and subcontractors across large sites, with a focus on collaboration and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Electrical Construction Manager or senior electrical delivery role.
• Rail experience is essential.
• Strong commercial fit-out experience.
• Experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects.
• SMSTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of electrical packages across multiple projects.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver electrical works from start to finish.
• Manage electrical subcontractors, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Coordinate with mechanical and other construction disciplines.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure installations meet approved designs and project requirements.
• Monitor progress against programmes and achieve milestones.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and resources.
• Manage technical queries, RFIs, and coordination requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
