Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee on-site electrical construction activities on a long-term project in Saxmundham, Suffolk. You will manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety, programme delivery and quality on LV systems only.

Ideally you will have substations or power infrastructure experience, strong site management and communication skills, and be able to work away from home Monday-Friday with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical construction experience on site.
• Experience managing electrical teams and subcontractors.
• Experience with ITPs and quality documentation.
• Understanding LV electrical systems.
• Substation or power infrastructure experience is desirable.
• Good site management and communication skills.
• Willingness to stay away Monday to Friday with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction activities on site.
• Manage electrical teams and subcontractors to deliver works on programme.
• Ensure works meet safety, quality and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with project management and other trades.
• Support delivery on a major substation project.
