Job summary

Cardo Group is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to manage electrical compliance across North and South Scotland. You will support electricians, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards in residential and commercial settings.

The role emphasizes customer service, problem-solving, and leading the compliance program, including MCS accreditation, with reporting to the Group Compliance Team. A full driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified time-served electrical apprenticeship completed.
• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and team collaboration.
• Proficient in standard MS Office tools and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical compliance service delivery across Scotland North/South.
• Diagnose faults, support troubleshoot and maintain systems.
• Ensure all work meets local and national regulations and safety rules.
• Maintain records, audits, and MCC accreditation requirements.
• Provide training and technical guidance to staff and partners.
