Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead by example in the West of Scotland.

You will direct electrical teams, ensure installations meet current standards, and uphold safety and quality across all projects. A strong knowledge of NICEIC expectations and Scottish building regulations is essential, with hands-on leadership and a proactive compliance mindset.

Qualifications

• NICEIC/Approved Contractor qualifications required.
• Up-to-date knowledge of electrical regulations.
• Experience leading electrical teams on site.
• Familiarity with Scottish Building Standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Qualified Supervisor (QS), providing direction and technical leadership on electrical work.
• Ensure electrical installations, inspection and testing meet current requirements and expected standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inspection and testing practices, applying this confidently day to day.
• Support compliance with NICEIC / Approved Contractor requirements, ensuring the right approach across the work.
• Help deliver quality work with a strong understanding of electrical regulations and current expectations.
