Job summary

Qualifications

• Current 18th Edition BS 7671 qualification.
• Experience and qualifications that meet NICEIC / Approved Contractor expectations.
• Up-to-date inspection and testing knowledge.
• Strong working understanding of electrical regulations and ability to apply them.
• Familiarity with Scottish Building Standards and electrical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Qualified Supervisor (QS), providing direction and technical leadership on electrical work.
• Ensure electrical installations, inspection and testing meet current requirements and expected standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inspection and testing practices, applying this confidently day to day.
• Support compliance with NICEIC / Approved Contractor requirements, ensuring the right approach across the work.
• Help deliver quality work with a strong understanding of electrical regulations and current expectations.
