Job summary

ARC GROUP in Wisbech is seeking an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to lead electrical compliance, act as QS for NICEIC registration, and oversee inspection and testing standards. You will assess electricians and apprentices and audit works to close out failures.

Role requires 2391+ or equivalent qualification, time served with an NVQ3 or electrical apprenticeship, and a full UK driving licence. A social housing background is a plus; vehicle provided by company.

Qualifications

• 2391 or equivalent inspection and testing qualification.
• Time served, with an electrical apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3.
• Previous QS experience, or ready to step up with the right support.
• Experience in occupied domestic property; social housing background is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Act as QS for our NICEIC registration and maintain scheme compliance.
• Set and police inspection, testing and certification standards (EICRs, remedials, minor works).
• Assess and sign off the technical competence of electricians and apprentices.
• Audit completed works and close out the failures properly.
• Stay ahead of BS 7671 amendments and ensure compliance with client-specific requirements.
