Job summary

adi Group is recruiting an Electrical Supervisory role for its adi Automotive division in the West Midlands. You will supervise electricians across automotive sites, coordinate projects, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will hold a NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, be familiar with 18th Edition, and have EICR knowledge with a full UK driving license. You will liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes and maintain high

• Experience supervising electrical works in industrial/manufacturing/automotive environments.
• Ability to lead teams while upholding safety, quality and workmanship.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 Inspection & Testing.
• Knowledge of Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR).

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting teams of electricians across automotive manufacturing sites.
• Managing day-to-day electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Monitoring quality, inspection and testing documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conducting site inspections and safety audits, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures.
• Liaising with clients, site engineers and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Assisting with quotations, estimates and project planning activities.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering a high standard of service.

Location – West Midlands

About the Role

We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join our adi Automotive division. Working across a number of leading automotive manufacturing facilities, primarily in the West Midlands areas, you will be responsible for supervising teams of electricians, coordinating electrical projects, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting teams of electricians across automotive manufacturing sites.


• Managing day-to-day electrical projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and within budget.


• Coordinating labour, materials and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
